Your reservation can be canceled free of charge, until 4 PM (San Francisco time) 1 day prior to your scheduled arrival. Credit cards are pre-authorized prior to arrival. Your credit/debit card will be billed for one night's stay plus tax. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your deposit will be forfeited one night's stay plus tax.
The Hotel is not responsible for guaranteeing the reservation if an invalid or expired credit card is provided. The name on the credit card used to check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required in order to check-in. Please call us if you are going to be checking in after hours to make late check-in arrangements.

Additionally, we are close to rail lines, Bus lines, Bicycle rentals, and car sharing services.

HTL587 is a Nationally Registered Historic Place and does not permit wheelchair and mobility accessibility to be readily achievable without destroying the historically preserved nature of our Hotel. At this time, we do not have a room that is ADA Accessible for mobility impairment for wheelchairs but we are working with the San Francisco City Planning to find a solution to more readily accommodate guests with mobility impairment. We do, however, provide the accessibility features for individuals who face audio or visual impairment including braille signage and ADA A/V kits for our guest rooms.
HTL 587 boasts newly renovated guestrooms and common areas. We are close to a Vietnamese restaurant, Saigon Sandwich; in addition, HTL 587 also offers *Late check-out and *a convenience store.

Metered street parking is available. Guests can also choose nearby parking garages for two-hour parking and overnight parking. For short-term parking, garages can be found on Eddy, Jones, and Turk Streets. For overnight parking garages can be found on Taylor, and O’Farrell Streets, and Union Square.

ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel. Sorry, absolutely no pets are allowed at HTL 587.
